Mrs Smith, Founder and Managing Director for IRC, has a big heart for the Care industry. Her passion for care has been traced back as far as social policy and planning studies close to 3 decades ago. The dream Of IRC Care service was birthed during a time she was attending a business meeting. She remembers, so vividly, being encouraged to start a business in the area she was passionate about and in that moment, she thought of a care agency. Mrs Smith has over the years ensured achievement of exceptional levels of care and support. She has growth continued plans as she believes that dreams should not die due age or disability, but rather they should live on especially with the health of carers.
Senior Support Worker
Jayshree Patel, MD
Jayshree has been an integral part of IRC Care Services since its inception, witnessing its growth into the trusted home care provider it is today. With years of hands-on experience, she plays a key role in overseeing and guiding support workers, ensuring they deliver the highest standard of care. She also leads staff orientation and shadowing programs, helping new team members integrate seamlessly. Jayshree works closely with both the IRC Care office and service users, fostering strong relationships and ensuring that every individual receives compassionate, person-centered support.

Mr. Smith plays a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care at IRC Care Services. He conducts comprehensive Quality Assurance reviews, working closely with service users and their families to gather feedback and enhance our services. In addition to his oversight responsibilities, he remains actively involved in care delivery, bringing hands-on experience and a deep commitment to person-centered support.
