Now Hiring: Support Workers (Driving Skills a Plus!) 

Location: Oxted, East Surrey

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week 

Employment Type: Full time 

Pay: Starting from £12.44 per hour 

Closing Date: 18 July 2025 

Potential interview date: 23rd and 24th July 2025 

Minimum Requirements 

  • At least 2 years’ experience in health and social care 

  • Care Certificate (desired) 

  • Proficiency in English 

  • Full UK driving license

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and  multitask effectively 

  • Confident and proficient in using IT and digital systems relevant to the role  

  • A collaborative team player who values shared goals and mutual support

  • Capable of working independently with confidence, demonstrating initiative and self direction

Flexibility and Availability 

  • Willing and able to work flexible shift patterns, including evenings, nights, weekends, and  public holidays as required

Key Responsibilities 

  • Follow and update individual support plans 

  • Maintain clear, professional records 

  • Safeguard health, safety, and well-being 

  • Complete all mandatory training 

  • Participate in supervision, development reviews, and team inductions 

  • Attend effective handovers and team meetings
