IRC Care Services is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking across all aspects of our business and supply chains. We take our responsibilities under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 seriously and strive to operate with integrity, transparency, and respect.

We work closely with our staff, suppliers, and partners to ensure:

  • Ethical and equitable employment practices

  • Safe, dignified, and respectful working environments

  • A zero-tolerance approach to slavery, exploitation, and trafficking

Through robust policies, comprehensive staff training, and diligent supplier assessments, we proactively identify potential risks and take immediate action when concerns are raised.

This statement has been formally approved by the Board of Directors and is subject to annual review to ensure continued relevance and effectiveness.

Whistleblowing Policy

IRC is committed to adhering to a culture of transparency, in which staff are able to safely report concerns (Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998)

IRC is devoted to fair and equal treatment of staff members and service users, regardless race, gender, disability, age, religion, or sexual orientation (Equality Act 2010).

Duty of Candour Policy

IRC maintains a responsibility to be honest and transparent when something goes wrong (Regulation 20).

IRC is dedicated to the protection and security of vulnerable persons, young and old, in accordance with the Health and Safety Act 2008. This is includes abuse, neglect or harassment.

Data Protection Policy

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 2010, IRC is strictly committed to protecting the confidentiality of all information/data related to Service Users.

Training and Development Policy

IRC has an ongoing investment in training of staff and professional development (Regulation 18).
