Statement of Purpose

IRC Care Services Ltd provides person-centred domiciliary and live-in care to adults who wish to remain safely and independently in their own homes. Established in 2004, our purpose is to provide dependable, compassionate support that respects each person's dignity, choices, routines and way of life.

Our care is built around the individual rather than a standardised model. We take time to understand each person's needs, preferences, culture, relationships and desired outcomes, and use this understanding to provide support that is practical, respectful and responsive. Our services include personal care, medication support, nutrition and hydration, mobility and reablement, companionship and practical support in the home.

We aim to enable people to maintain independence, dignity, confidence and quality of life while receiving the level of support they need. We work collaboratively with individuals, families, commissioners and relevant health and social care professionals to ensure care remains safe, effective and responsive to changing needs.

Our staff are central to achieving this purpose. We invest in training, supervision and professional development so that care is delivered by people who are competent, compassionate and committed to high standards.

Our approach is grounded in dignity, respect, compassion, trust, professionalism and individuality. Ultimately, our purpose is simple: to provide high-quality care that enables people to live well, remain connected to what matters to them, and feel safe, valued and respected in their own home.
